- Wrong Billing International Roaming Open
I came to UAE in mid of March ****, before coming i have activated international roaming of *** just to cross check who are calling me and for urgent SMS from bank. I did not use any internet as i had WIFI in my office as well as in hotel. No outgoing call made by me neither received, as i had UAE number already, in addition to that i did not activated my internet services in roaming. I did everything to stop bill shock but in the end VI did the same. CHEATING. When i called them to resolve the issue customer care executive start justifying the charges. I asked him to register my complained he denied that too.
