- Wrong bill plan Open
I had selected ***/- bill plan through airtel app by mistake and I was not able to change the plan back through app so I immediately called customer care in order to register the complain and I had been told that my plan will be changed within a day but my plan did not change instead they kept on generating the bill with ***/- plan.
I am following up with them since last one month over the mail but they are not providing any solution instead they keep on sending same mail again and again and asking me to pay the bill with ***/- plan.
Also I asked them to arrange call back so that i can explain my concern but no action on that front as well.
