Renuga filed complaint against Airtel on Nov 4, 2024
I've applied for airtel broadband on **th October, and a person from airtel came and booked my order and process are done and i paid **** for broadband qnd dth, then in the evening technical people came and said that in my area, they are no feasibility for the connection, so they cancelled and told me I will receive a cancellation message, but till now no messages came, and I contacted the person who booked my request he said his manager has sent an email regarding my cancellation of request, and asked me to wait and I'll surely get the amount back, and then also no response from anyone and asked him again yesterday, he said they have cancelled my request, but in the Airtel thanks app also its showing inprogress and the helpline chat and toll-free are all not very helpful, not even able to connect with any agent from airtel, I've fully paid **** but there is no connection and nothing happened. I atleast need to know what is happening is my request really cancelled, are they working on this, Please help me
