I ordered a blue t-shirt from the woodland official website on ** March ****. The package was delivered on * April ****. They sent me a local and torn t-shirt instead of a genuine one. When I complained they told me to send images of the product and said they would resolve the issue but after some days when I called they are telling me they will do in next * week and they are talking rudely on the phone.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
