Complaint Description
I purchased a Woodland shoe (model FWR MEN SHOE GW, BLACK, Size **) from Woodland on **th August **** for ₹****. To my disappointment, the sole detached and the shoe broke within just *.* months of normal use. Despite the premium price and Woodland’s claims of quality, the product failed in an unreasonably short time. When I approached the retailer, I was refused any help due to a “NO EXCHANGE/NO REFUND” policy stamped on the invoice. This is absolutely unacceptable.
The shoe is now unusable, and I believe I am entitled to a replacement or full refund under basic consumer protection rights. I am attaching photos of the defective product and original invoice as proof.
Relief Sought
Immediate replacement or full refund of the defective shoe.
Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience caused.

Additional Information
I expect Woodland and its retailer to take full responsibility and resolve this urgently. If not, I will pursue my complaint through all available consumer and legal channels.
