Sridhar filed complaint against Woodland on Sep 8, 2025
I purchased a pair of Woodland sandals through the official Woodland app (Order Reference No: OR-*******, placed in August ** ****). The product was delivered to me on *rd September ****, but the app and website still show the order status as “Order Confirmed / In Transit”.
Because of this incorrect status update, the option to return or exchange the product is not available. The size I received (**) is smaller than expected, and I need size **.
I have repeatedly tried to contact Woodland customer support through phone and email, but there has been no proper response. Their customer care calls keep me waiting for hours without any agent responding. I also raised the issue on Twitter with screenshots, but only received a copy-paste response asking me to share my email again, with no actual resolution.
I request immediate intervention to either:
Provide a return/exchange option for my order, OR
Issue a full refund.
Replace / Fix problem
