Hello,
My name is Vikash Kumar and Here is my PNR - LEKPPY for a flight booked on ** April **** during Lockdown on goibibo website as DGCAIndia says full refund will be provided to the customer so the airline company (Indigo) refunded full amount but I get only ₹**** instead of ₹***** from goibibo (travel agent).
Now the customer service is off.
I'm not getting any support.
And I don't know what to do?
Please help me..
