- Wrong advice to sell stocks and charging for subscription even after telling to cancel it Open
I had asked ICICI direct to cancel my subscription to premium portfolio. They told me to click on exit portfolio for that. Once I did that they realized it was a wrong advice. I had sold the stocks in portfolio as a result. They cancelled the subscription after that. But they charged me for another three months during this period.
