ICICI Direct - Irrelevant charges in Demat Account and poor services

Hi team,
I have an issue, that in last year I have opened an Demat account with icici Direct. As I am Nri Customer I told my requirement to them that I just want to apply for an Indian IPO, not day to day trading. They told me that for an Nri customer it is mandatory to open * Demat Account. They told me that only I have to pay Inr **** for PIS Approval every month.
They never informed me about Amc charges for each Demat Account. Now I received the * invoices from them for each Demat account for Amc charges i.e. Inr **** each account.
Upon contacting to there customer service team they told me that I can close my non working accounts and keep only one and charges will be pro rata I am ready to bear the same. But neither team is responding me on my emails nor sending me account closure forms. I have sent them more than ** emails but no revert.
Can you please help me to resolve this issue urgently. Please refer attached email for your reference.
