I have an account in your Bank. My savings account no. is ************ an demat account no IN***** ********. When I joined I'direct (ICICI Direct) as a equity advisor, ICICI get this demat account opened. That Demat account was free of cost and not any annual charged was there when I left the job I'direct deducted automatically the charges from my savings account. When I saw demat charges. I want to bank there I'direct desk and closed the demat account requested in Year **** and desk manager told me ok sir I would refund your charged and closed. As I didn't use this account at all (since opened). please find the attachment and check it.
