POLICY BAJAAR - worst service from policy bazar

Sir,
This is an escalation against policy bazar.I have bought * policies from policy bazzar but from **** till the date whenever there is a help needed from policy bazzar i havent received.They always give wrong promises while purchasing or extending policy.I have decided not to continue with policy bazzar last time but they have convinced me for good service.Now i am again struggling for reimbursement with care insurance.Instead of supporting, care insurance gives false commitments.Also they don't have any update regarding my claims.If my query is regarding one policy they will call me **** time for some other policy.I have decided to pay directly with the insurance companies instead policy bazar.They have fake relationship manager who always promise for good service but never they do.Hence requesting a strict action against this.
