POLICY BAJAAR - Worthless and pathetic support

While trying to push for the survey through policy bazar, before the car repair in the authorized garage found major issues while communicating with Policy Bazar. Every time I call the claim settlement number ***********, either the call got disconnects automatically or intentionally between conversations or I receive a standard answer that they can’t hear anything. That happened for the last ** consecutive calls. I have shared all the required documents over email but they don’t update or reply on the claim status over email. When they call up the representatives used to tell blatant lie about the mail receiving date as well. For example, I have mailed the documents three days back and after three days they used to call directly over phone saying – “Sir, we have just received you documents and that’s why calling you in this regard”..So the car remains in the garage without even the survey being performed for long days …However, it’s the complete opposite scenario you will find when they try to push for renewing the policies !!
