I have already approached policy bazar for my fathers policy renewal.As my relationhip Manager Kajal (kajalsingh*@policybazaar.com) is irresponsible to handle my queries i have contacted my insurance company -Care Insurance.The details given from policy bazar to my insurance company was totally wrong which made the renewal late.Similarly for my mothers policy (policy number- ********) , i have done renewal also i have got an upgrade policy for which i have paid extra premium and the sum insurance was for * lakhs.But the policy documents which i received is same as my old policy.The extra amount which i payed is not reflected.No response from policy bazar.I also asked to change my relationhip manager but its still same .No use to reply mails.There is a mail id given as -care@policybazar.com .If we give mail to this mail id always they reply as "we have tried to reach you please give an alternative number".I will escalate these all issues in all portals so that no customer should survive like me.I have attached documents -premiumi paid for my mothers insurance,fathers insurance and also bank statements.
