I have made a booking from Siliguri to Kolkata on Mar **. Bus time was mentioned as *:** pm Siliguri junction. I was at Siliguri junction opp to Bharat petroleum where buses usually stop and informed that driver as well about my location. He said he will come and pick me up but bus didn't showed up and driver didn't called me atleast. That how I missed the bus and later booked a cab which costs me **** to reach some other place to catch another bus as there was no buses available at that time.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
