- Worst response from Nokia service team Open

Within * months of purchase, my Nokia *.* phone started having charging problems. I took it to Udaipur Nokia service centre on ** July. They examined and said that I will get it on ** July. I called on ** July and they told that parts are delayed from the company so * Aug I can come. On *th they told **-** Aug. Now today they are saying that it would take one more week as the part is still not delivered. I was in Udaipur (hometown) for vacation. I work in Pune and frequently travelling to different cities so I stayed in Udaipur (hometown) to collect the phone. It's been ** days and still, they are not able to give an exact date. This is the condition of such a big brand. First, the product quality is poor so within few months creating problems and second, the service is worst. I escalated it to customer care and support@hmdglobal.com but all are telling the same story that parts are late. I even requested a replacement as it has crossed ** days at service centre but they are not able to give any update on that as well. I am helpless and irritated. Please help.
