Nokia India - Not returning my mobile

Nokia Service Centre of Shakarpur Delhi is excessively delaying in its service delivery. The service centre is not giving my phone back. I have contacted the Nokia Customer support as well. But they are too so irresponsible. My phone is in its warranty period and submitted due to a charging problem before a month.
