Gaurav Tripathi filed complaint against Nokia India on May 29, 2019
I had brought a phone Nokia *.* Plus and I started facing charging port issue on the phone. I went to the service centre they said it had liquid damage. Before going to the centre I had read many complaints on the internet saying that this was a problem with the whole range of the product, not a singular problem. They are fooling the customers by telling them these vague reasons. It has been * weeks since I had submitted the phone and still, no resolution has been done.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
