Marq By Flipkart - Worst product, worst service, and worst handling

Within * months my washing machine started making a strange noise while spinning, so I lodged a complaint to jevees, as they arrange the engineer. The engineer has attended the complaint and started troubleshooting the issue with discussing on phone with senior and later come to conclusions the bearing of motor has broken or something, so he placed a part replacement order.
It took two weeks for the parts to come and when they arrived, the engineer again visited and tried opening the motor nut by hammering badly for more than * hrs and later he has damaged the main motor nut also...such an unprofessional way. Anyhow after hours he had replaced the bearing and kept the damaged motor main nut as it is and told me the machine is spinning.
He left and I again put my clothes to wash they were not spinning but the noise was coming of spin as the internal belt was spinning not motor.
Then I have to again lodge a ticket, after few days again he opened the product to troubleshoot and called on various numbers. Later he took a decision and told me the product needs to be taken to the service center, as it has a major problem and cannot be repaired here.
For all these ** days I was not able to wash clothes from the machine and had to hire a maid and pay her also for Washing clothes.
In this whole process, no jevees or marq tried to understand the problem. Then after multiple calls, they took the product to the service center.
Further, I have not received any call for five days what's going on with the product. Then again I tried reaching Customer Support they replied that they will deliver the product on x day.
The day I received a call from Jeeves that they will deliver the machine between *:** - *:** pm which I accepted.

At *:** pm the open tempo arrived with product it was raining heavily (got the picture how it was brought) and I saw the product is covered with the only plastic..now in that heavily raining the driver with engineer uncovered the product where the rain is pouring on machine then he lean the machine down on tempo and moved with scratch on it (pic are there attach) on left side and also the rain is pouring in lean down position.
When he got the product down I observed multiple scratches on the product with all badly wet conditions.

This way the handling is done with a new product for which I paid **k with an additional warranty of *yrs for *k. I was very much disappointed and asked them to take the product back as it has been damaged now the second time.

Anyhow they took the product back after multiple requests. And when I am calling now for what can be done next Support team is blaming each other, jevees says its marq product call them.
Marq says its jevees service call them.
I am struggling for more than two months now with no solution nor able to use the product and also I am not expecting this product again very much disappointed with service from the customer care of both Marq, Jeeves, and Flipkart(feeling like harassment) they have to keep on passing blames on each other.

In this whole process, I have tons of written emails and calls to support and left with a waste of time and money.

It's my request to refund my money back (*****+**** + compensation of my time and money paid to the maid for this all months) = **k.
