I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the denial of service under my valid extended warranty and the unprofessional conduct of your technician, Mr. Raval Yogeshkumar, assigned via Jeeves.
Despite having paid ₹**** for an extended warranty valid until May **, ****, I have not received the promised service. I raised the issue twice via Jeeves chat support before the warranty expired. Below are the relevant details:

Case ID: FLRM-CQ*MTX-YOFXEB-N*ZWRP-JWKY*CS (Registered on May **, ****)
I even received communication via email and SMS confirming that the technician visit had been completed and parts would be repaired by June *, ****. However, no one has visited since then, and the AC has now stopped cooling completely due to compressor failure.
Additionally, Mr. Raval Yogeshkumar was highly unprofessional throughout the process. He made several false commitments, failed to identify the problem, and ultimately stopped responding to my calls and messages. He even refused to revisit for further diagnosis despite my clear communication that the warranty was still valid at the time.
There is also no clear way to escalate this issue, no email ID or support contact for Jeeves, and no physical service center I can visit, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
This is highly disappointing and unacceptable from reputed brands like Flipkart, MarQ, and Jeeves.
I request an immediate resolution:
Arrange for a technician to visit and repair the AC under the warranty.
Take appropriate action against Mr. Raval Yogeshkumar for his misconduct.
Share a direct escalation contact or grievance redressal email ID for further communication.
If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to take legal action against Flipkart, MarQ, Jeeves, and Mr. Raval Yogeshkumar. I will be approaching the Consumer Forum and filing an official complaint regarding service denial, misrepresentation, and mental harassment.
I hope you will take this matter seriously and respond promptly.
