Marq By Flipkart - Marq asking for service charge for Products undef warranty

Hi,

So around *-* months back I purchased a marq water purifier, but the product was not as per description, it was written as RO purifier but later on I came to know after installation it is a simple water purifier.

I raised the complaint for the same on flipkart ( u can check in your records) but as ** days were passed I wasn't given any proper resolution.
But anyhow I kept the purifier as I didn't have much choice.. Now since last * month the purifier is stopped working (no power) I raised a complaint with marq/flipkart but they are asking for service charge!
Why should I pay if the product is under warranty.. And why service charge.. If any spare is damaged that's a different thing.. But why to pay a service fees if the product is not working..
It's really unethical from flipkart/ marq Harrasing the customer. Since last * month I m buying BottLed water from outside.
