Flipkart - Worst customer service Not posting my review

Purchased RJ Paris Mens DEO combo pack from Flipkart. I have received products that were scratched with all visible lines on it. Also, date described on product description page isn't the same on products that I received. Although products expiring in the same year but months are different. So I wrote a review and uploaded pictures.

Email received from Flipkart rejecting my review saying Moderation comments: Service Related Feedback, asking me to edit my review. None of their emails work when I tried responding back asking for "Internal Guidelines". I would like to know their internal guidelines as well as a justification for not posting ny review. I'm a customer and I have written my honest review to make people aware of the kind of products they are selling, it seems fake products to me as the smell doesn't last long and items were scratched. I have been going around in circles chasing them to post my review. But they are playing me like a parcel everytime I call in. They even promised someone from the management team would call back and resolve the issue within the next ** hrs. There is no sign of call from them. Also, on mouthshut.com there are so many true and negative reviews people have written about them. People even written Flipkart blocks their profile when someone raises a complaint and be on their case consistently. Attached at screenshots.
