- Work not delivered against Payment ^Open

I hired Jeevika Bhadolia of Jeev Nouveau Interiors (New name - Bellcurve Designs) for interior work of my house. Work included wood work ( wardrobe, Beds) , false ceiling, wallpaper , art paintings, wall paneling etc. Work started long back before lockdown and got paused during lockdown which we requested to resume in Nov’**. Post lockdown phase was very painful for us. *st of all there worker ruined my master bedroom’s wardrobe. Policing quality was pathetic. And now many of the work are either not finised or not even started and she is demanding more money to be released to resume work. As on date amount given by me is more then the work she has delivered. But she is now demanding the money for next work which is not even started and for that she is not delivering the works for which I have already given the money. The quality of products is so bad and so poorly done that completion would need undoing so many things. I am totally stuck and need help to get my money back. Any help would be highly appreciated.
