Regarding my recent order from Woodland mobileapplication, payment was debited from my bank account of Rs. **** on ** Nov ****, however the payment was showed unsuccessful on woodland mobile application.
I have been communicating with Woodland on their customer care email address (care@woodlandworldwide.com), but neither my order was confirmed nor my money is refunded. There is no clear communication or action taken from their end to refund my money.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
