i did payment for booking of flight ticket on *th sept, **** , from darbhanga to delhi through travolook.in.
Got mail your reservation has been cancelled due to an operational reason, please be inform that refund willbe initiated at our end and amount will be reflected back to same bank account within **-** days . now ** days gone i did not get refund , i have called many times and email them , they did not reply about refund . kindly help me to get my refund amount .
