I had booked a flight ticket on **-**-**** and journey was of from Colombo to Chennai. Booking reference that i got from Travolook is REF*********.
After i made the payment amounting to Rs.**** i got a call from an executive of Travolook that because of fare expiration the booking has been cancelled and amount will be refunded in**-** business days. But they have not yet refunded the money to me. Everytime they give me lame excuses when ever i call the customer care of Travolook.
Please help me.
