Dear Sir,
I have widrew an amount of rs ***** on **th of october from playing ** fantasy app to my bank account but till now amount not received every time when i takled with customer care support team through social media they are always making fools of user on monday they said amount will transfered on tuesday on tuesday they said amount will be transferred on wednesday yesterday they said amount will be transferred yesterday before * and today they are not even replying on my tweets or mails. Sir i am really telling you they are making fraud with lakh of customers.
Please resolve the issue
