My car met with an accident and I handed it over to the Hyundai company workshop at Kothagudem. where my car seat and seat cover were damaged by a rat bite. the work shop team recovered the seat by using my insurance, but not recovered seat cover which cost about ****/-. here I want to know is, who the responsible for damage at work shop?, why I should use my insurance policy for damage at work shop?
