I had requested refund against the unused classes of my son from Whitehat Junior coding classes in mid June ****. They confirmed that they are processing refund and will be credited to me in * weeks. Now its more than * months and no one is responding. Even they do not have a calling line to whom I can talk. On email they are not responding back. All together it seems we are being cheated by them. Tried to approach all email i could get but no response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
