My ward was studing in Whitehat Junior coding class. Since he is not getting time to attend the classes, I applied for withdrawal. As per their promise, they are supposed to refund money for unused classes if any customer applies. Officials calculated the amount of Rs. ***** to be refunded to my bank account and as per their request I have given my bank details. They informed by email that I shall get the amount in ** to ** days.
Now it ** days over. But I did not get my money back. Somany times I sent mail, but they are not responding now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
