Whitehat Junior - Money not refunded EMIs are being deducted

My daughter was the student of WhitehatJr online coding classes & for that a Loan was running with WhitehatJr loan partner which is FinancePeer (now it is Leo*). I cancelled/closed all the subscriptions and accounts with WhitehatJr on around date **.**.****, then it was told by WhitehatJr that soon the refundable amount will be credited to my account. Then, Whitehatjr on **.**.**** told me to refund a sum of Rs. ****/- in my account in around **-** days after submitting Bank Account details, on **.**.**** I shared desired bank details with them and they also told that future EMIs will be stopped in **-** days and if any EMI got deducted in this period will be refunded by their loan partner.
Today, on **.**.****, It has been almost *** days, and neither the WhitehatJr has refunded my Rs. ****/- to me nor my EMIs being stopped. My * EMIs of Rs. ****/- got deducted in this period. Regarding this issue I have talked several times to WhitehatJr and Financepeer (Telephonically and on Emails & I have all the recordings & emails) and every time I get the same answer, FinancePeer says they have not got the Loan amount from WhitehatJr and WhitehatJr says there is unknown reason at their Finance department due to which this issue will take another *-* weeks to resolve. Every time they replies that it will take another *-* weeks and this is being repeated from past * months.
On **.**.**** again I chatted WhitehatJr support staff but again I got the same answer that it will take mid November to get resolved.
Till date I am in loss of Rs. **,***/- which will be increased to Rs. **,***/- due to deduction of November month EMI. Due to these guys I am unnecessarily feel tortured financially as well as mentally.
Sir, I request you to please take up this issue and initiate legal action against WhitehatJr so that I can get my full amount of refund and deducted EMIs back.
