- Whirlpool Received damaged product and is not taking return Open
I ordered a whirlpool fridge from WStore (whirlpool official store) on **th October and received the fridge on *th October. Installation engineer from whirlpool opened the fridge and reported that the fridge had a dent in the front. I then sent a mail to WStore on the same day. From that day onwards till today (**th of November) the WStore team has been saying we are arranging a reverse pick up but till today they have not. I have sent mail to ceo and escalation desk but no response. All the time I just receive the response as we are working on it. The fridge has been standing in my house and is not being used but just taking up space. I want to raise a legal compliant. I have pictures of the fridge and the whole email thread that I can attach
