Hi guys i booked the flight tickets & hotel from GOIBIBO because i was frequent user of this website but i traveled on *nd of August, **** with my wife and my * years old son and i have to depart from Srinagar to Delhi on *th of August **** but when i arrive Srinagar government issues the notice that Kashmir is on high alert and they ordered all the travelers to left Kashmir suddenly the hotel manager comes to me and said you have to check out from this property and leave kashmir as soon as possible so i was scared because i was with my family so i reached airport then i get to know that my departure flight date would be *th of Nov,**** then i call GOIBIBO customer support team because i had a blind trust on this company first of all they listen my concern very politely then they agent told me that he will go through the concern and will get back to us in * hour i said okay but after * hours i didn't get a call back from the agent i was tried ** times to get back to him but all the time other agent just listen my concern and advice me that we are going to arrange a call back for you i was at airport at that time with my luggage and my wife and * years old son on the road i reached airport *am in the morning on *rd of august and i am waiting for the call back approx *pm on the same day i didn't get a call back
so once the agent agrees that i searched the flights departure from delhi on *nd august and departure from Srinagar on *th August but the payment is done for *th NOV. she agrees that there is some issue in the website after so many to call back them once the agent transfer the call to their SUPERVISOR Mr Sandeep he said that he don't have the authority to reschedule the flight without making any charges first of all they are asking for money approx **** per passenger and when i was just loose my patience at that time and i said i am not going to pay you single penny because i didn't get the refund from hotel i booked this hotel for * nights and spend only * night because of the circumstances so that's why he told me that he will going to raise the ticket for my issue then i will manage the journey by my own i told him for reimbursement for the inconvenience had happen to me but today *th august i got the call from another agent she told me that its your mistake that you pay for the *th nov flights i asked from her that i was searched for *th august flights after that i select the * th august flights then she agrees with that but how would it change the dates
GOIBIBO has pathetic customer service i need my money back
and i am going to refer all my known to that GOIBIBO is a fraud company do not use their services
if its my fault then why your agents agree with that i searched for *th august and select the flights for *th august but will make the payment for *th Nov am i that kind of fool
GOIBIBO just make my life on Risk
