I had Cancelled booking against full refund in credit shell. Previous booking amount was ****, and i used the credit shell balance for new booking, after booking when i check available balance in credit shell in goibibo it shows only once credit shell balance can be used but indigo customer care and also credit shell score says/displays a balance amount of ****.
Will i be able to use my balance amount as i did booking from goibibo app. Please let me know. Or goibibo is digest the balance amount?
