dear sir/madam my name is kurva kumar .this month we are purchasing new Samsung fridge and TV but still nobody came to installed the fridge and tv. daily we are calling to customer care,customer care sending technician mobile no(**********/**********/**********)when i calling that number nobody picking the phone,and i have complaint no also **********.
please take the serous action about this complaint
