We have booked a flight ticket on **/**/**** for Coimbatore to Bhopal and it is cut flight actually , which is from Coimbatore to Mumbai and Mumbai to Bhopal which totalled around rupees ***** . Actually what happened is we cancelled the flight on **/**/**** . But the ticket was on live till **/**/****. We have called the yatra agent and he said that the ticket live still ,you can cancel only by calling the Air India Agent . So we called Air India Agent and Cancel and asked her how much we would get as refund , the agent said that cancellation charge is **** per person so that we would get around **** to **** but you should ask your booking agency any way
But the issue is here Yatra is saying that you would get only rupees *** and remaining is as penalty.
Think of the we paid rupees ***** and for cancelling we would only get rupees *** .
They have not mentioned anything about penalty while we cancel or there are no words about penalty .
Many Indian people are suffering to make money but they are easily looting money from . We want Justice for not only us . We dont want this to happen to any other person
