Tatacliq.com - Water purifier not working

Respected Sir/Maam, Greetings for the day! I purchased Water purifier from Online shopping gint TATACLIQ. The company delivered the water purifier in ** days. After installing the purifier, we start the purifier, but it does not have any effect on water. Instead of purifying, it make water yellowish in colour and add bad our. So immediately I initiated the return request the same day of delivery. And I packed the machin as it is, as it was delivered to me. But instead of taking back the product they started calling me and asking about the different kinds of reasons and also said many time for difficulty of taking back the product. But when I show him my rigidness for return than they sent a person in my house who was technician. He reinstalled the machine as it is coming into many parts. After checking it, he said that the machine have faulty technology and not durable for Delhi Jal Board water. Than the company took so much time, in-between they ask pics of purifier and many things, and i did everything for the return. Every time they ask for * more working days as they were trying to resolve the problem. After ** days of waiting they refuse to accept the return. I said him I would go to consumer support, but all went in vain. They were very much arrogant and said that they have deputed army of lawyers in the courtroom and I cannot do anything and the matter is purely on his wish to take return back or not. Sir, I have packed the purifier on the date of delivery for the return and the product is brand new as it was delivered to me with box and bill. But this company is torturing me and do not willing to take back his faulty product which I did not use for single day. But the company is submitting the closer issue after repeating the same thing over phone today. I am resubmitting my complain for your perusal and kind consideration. With warm regards
