Ordered * product through the app. But i didn't received * of the product and so i made a complaint online. But they kept on waiting for their team to investigate the issue, which went for * weeks, after that they said refund will be initiated and i will get payment on wallet. But that too i am yet to get. I want everyone to make sure that tata cqil refund policy is very bad.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
