I had claimed warranty for redgear shadowblade mechanical keyboard. They got my keyboard for checking. After that i recieved a mail telling that the product is out of stock and you can choose an alternate keyboard. The alternative keyboard is redgear invader mk-*** which is low in quality than my keyboard. In case of refund they told me they only give **% of the money. But i bought this keyboard just *.* months ago. So i choose alternative product. The quality is not good. And the keyboard is shaking while typing. So i returned it by claiming warrenty again. But this time also they are out of stock of the shadowblade keyboard. And again they are giving the same alternate option. They are not giving another option.
