Redgear - Refund Replacement Product not Received

I submitted a product for warranty as it broke down after three months of usage. They closed out my ticket without sending out a replacement product. It has been over ** days now. The customer care is not willing to help and they keep asking to call later. They have taken my product and not returning it.
