Redgear - PROVIDING NO INFORMATION REGARDING MY PRODUCTS

It's been almost a month, i've register my complaint on the *th of june. Today is **th of june and yet i haven't received any concern from your side regarding my product, even after contacting customer care they also don't provide any information regarding it. They just say that someone from our side will contact you within * working days but nobody contacts or provide me any further instructions. Even after sharing my bank details i've not received any refund or anything, even along with my mouse i've also send a keyboard and i've no information regarding it either i'll get warranty on it or not or they will send it back to me etc. No information at all regarding any of my products
