The mobile was purchased through Amazon online. The mobile received on **.**.**** and screen bleeding problem occurred around **.**.****. The phone was handed over to local service center on **.**.**** for repairing. After many followups on **.**. **** informed that the repairing is chargeable and repairing charges shall be Around ****/- which is almost **% of phone cost. Samsung company is not ready to repair the phone under warranty and conveyed that such screen damage- bleeding of screen( Although the same has not taken place because of miss use / fall from height etc)is not covered under warranty.
