I Brought a Super General Washing + Dryer with and extended warranty from Coma Andheri West. The machine is still under warranty and is not working properly. I called the service Center to get it repaired which they are unable unable to do as the part is unavailable as per their technician. After over a month they are claiming that the internal part is damaged and are voiding the warranty. They are voiding the warranty as they do not have the part.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
