We had changed our KENT RO filter in the month of April and after *.* months or so the water stopped coming and the Kent ro stopped working. We booked for reservice but the technician did not come and insisted that we cancel after *-* times he came and he looked and it replaced one filter again and demanded *** rupees *** for filter and *** for service charge but it was a free service as it is under warranty and so we refused to pay the *** rupees service charge and he left the house after having a spat with us and after that when we tried to run the Kent RO it did not work and the technician tricked us soon we called up urbanclap about *-** times after this incident and mailed them the full story * times but still no solution could be found recently a new guy came and said you have to call the other guy as the parts changed by him are faulty and he went off without doing anything even though we had paid *** rupees online for reservice .Urbanclap has been consistently useless in this matter and they do nothing just the usual line give us some time we will do something but nothing is being done and amidst the corona crisis we don't have a RO and it is very hard .we have the bill and service done proof in the app but still they do not give the warranty
