I booked an online repair service through urbanclap to repair my Samsung smart TV Display. But the the replaced screen was poor in quality and get blank within ** days of use. I contacted the service master regarding this and he said not to worry as the placement is having * year of warranty. He changed the display again and second time the screen work properly till ** days and it again got blank. I am trying to connect with service person his mobile is switched of since last ** days and also urban clap is not giving me any solution. In fact, I received * calls * days before from urbanclap there they said that the issue will be resolved and asked me to upload my warranty card online. but after that, I have not received any help or support from the urbanclap side.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
