Hi,
I am Prayasi Roy, and I faced a very big problem from shiprocket. Last two - three months I recharged my wallet and order for delivery. But today when I recharged my wallet via razorpay by upi transaction *** rupees. There After hole day couldn't update my wallet and also i couldn't get any massage or whatsapp text message from shiprocket as recharged related. But already this amount is debited from my account and I got debited massage from my bank .And also I got a email via razorpay. But I didn't get any massage or mail via shiprocket.
How I refound my money. Please help me out. I am the regular coustomer of shiprocket. And the service is very good.
But please help me for refund my money.

I was sent many report or mails on shiprocket mail id. They sent me a ticket but I can't get any response or any solution ... Please help me out.
