Shiprocket - Absolutely wrong product

On *rd September, I had ordered a product which is Lingerie underwear of women comfortable bra set of * nos. with order id- LL***** for Rs.***. The product was received on September *th Saturday and the payment was done for Rs.***-. But it was entirely a different product I have ordered.
