Shiprocket eCommerce and logistics solution - Wallet Money was not transferred to my Back

Firstly, I booked a shipment and it's such a shame that my pick-up was delayed by * days and the courier person never arrived but shared with the team that my package wasn't ready. I reached out to the customer service agents, the grievance team but all they had to say was please give **-** hours time. The shiprocket team sent me a message saying that your package was not labeled an hence we didn't pick up, but the real question is how did they know this because no one came to even see. Its really a scam to be honest. They kept on making promises but there is no sincerity in their work and do not really value their customers at all.

Anyway, I cancelled my shipment as I used Indian post after that. Now I wanted to get my wallet money back to my bank as I will never be using Shiprocket again.

I have been waiting for the last * days now. I received an email from them * days back that I should receive it in my account in **-** hours. And even though I haven't they have closed my complaint under resolved, the chat team, the customer service team is really useless as they just tell you again please wait for ** hours. And there is genuinely no help. It seems like no one actually takes you on priority.
It's not about the money, but the fact that they can't be trusted. I have been calling them everyday and it's so exhausting and not okay.
