To Whom IT may CONCERN,
I am Amisha champati; from Hanu ImmersiveTech Pvt Ltd., writing to formally lodge a complaint against shiprocket concerning the significant delay in delaying my shipment with tracking number (*************),as well as the lack of communication. we are trying continuously to contact the shiprocket customer care but they are not picking and if they are picking also they are not listening to our problem harshly they cut the phone. below i attached the scrteenshot for you to reach the matter deepely.
