Orient Electric - Wall fan 47 is not working.It fails so many times and get repaired. But services are very poor. writ

Dear Sir,
My fan was repaired in the month of May ****. When fan was taken in service, it run for two months only. Again it was making metallic sound and not able to put in the service. A complaint was filed on **/**/**** with no. W ********** , a service engineer contacted me, but he did not attended the problem. I have contacted with Mr. Amit Khanna also, but in it did not worth.
I am submitting the complaint nos. with date for your ready reference.

My fan was repaired in the month of oct ****. Fan was remain in off condition till April **,**** due to winter season. When fan was taken in service, again it is not running. A complaint was filed on */**/**** with no. W ***********, a service engineer contacted me, but he did not attended the problem.
Please do need full as this problem is reported so many times since the purchase of the fan.

I have purchased a Orient High speed fan *oo mm WALL ** on *th April **** from M/S Chaudhary Enterprises, Jamshedpur. I was very happy to purchase a world class product. But after few days, it start giving some metallic noise and stop running. A complain was lodged , and same was attended by service technician and problem was solved . It again stopped working. Again solved. Many times fan stopped running and it was solved temporarily. Still fan is not working. I understand, now this fan is beyond repairable.
Therefore I request you to please replace the fan with new one.
