Hi Team,
i have ordered wakefit pillow and orthopedic memory foam mattress o **st aug ****, i have cancelled the products immediate next **nd Aug **** which is due to some reason.
it been more than ** working days i havent recieve the refund to source bank account.
i have keep calling them hearing same story everyday from the wakefit support team.there were it is proceced, howver it is not refelcting in the bank account, also i spoke with HDFC bank team. they said it is not credited to bank account.
Kindy please help me on this issue on prority and help me to get refund as soon as possible
